INDIA REIMAGINED AT Armani/Amal

Introducing new culinary experiences at Armani Hotel Dubai

-

The Dubai spice route is hotter than ever courtesy of celebrated Indian restaurant Armani/Amal. Located inside the iconic Burj Khalifa with incomparable views of the Dubai Fountain, you’ll find fresh and innovative regional Indian cuisine, along with an exciting beverage list and selected teas.

For well over a decade, Armani/Amal has been showcasing time-honoured traditional cooking methods and ingredients, creating exotic curries while also preparing other specialities. And with a new dining season upon us, the culinary team are proud to introduce a newly expanded à la carte menu.

In addition to a six-course tasting menu (Dhs599 per person) and a trio of three-course sharing set menus (Saffron, Anise and Cumin, from Dhs325 per person) perfect for diners who find it hard to decide, guests can also dive into signature platters with a choice of vegetarian, grill, tandoor and meat or seafood.

Unique highlights on the menu include an innovative take on classic patties with kale, Swiss chard and edamame ki tikki stuffed with Pecorino Romano, a cross-cultural chicken tikka quesadilla and scallop balchao for starters. Tandoor specialities feature rosemary-scented gulmehendi murgh tikka and the all-time favourite masala black cod, while signature main dishes include the famous bharwan murgh korma – a corn-fed chicken breast stuffed with foie gras and masala mince, with a black truffle korma.

Armani/Amal is open daily (excluding Sundays) from 6.30pm to 11.30pm. Book early for an alfresco spot on the newly reopened terrace.
