Choco Banana chia Pot

Ingredient­s

• 80gm peanut butter • 1 tin coconut milk • 1 tin coconut cream • 100gm drinking chocolate • 60gm coconut powder • 60gm chia seeds • 200gm banana blended • 40gm maple syrup • 60gm coconut, desiccated • 3gm cinnamon powder • 5gm vanilla pod

Method

Mix the peanut butter till smooth; add the drinking chocolate powder and coconut milk, little by little, until fully incorporat­ed; do the same with the coconut cream.

In a separate bowl, blend the banana till smooth; add the choco- coconut mix and blend till all ingredient­s are well combined.

Whisk in the maple syrup, desiccated coconut, coconut powder, cinnamon, vanilla pod and chia seeds in the banana coconut mixture. Top with some caramelise­d banana, chocolate chips and coconut flakes.
