PAV BHAJI FONDUE
Serves: 4 • Buns as required • 1tbsp pav bhaji masala
Mix chopped tomatoes, bell pepper and boiled potato and blend in the blender with 1 cup water. Add ginger and blend till smooth. Heat butter in a pan and sauté tomato paste and half of the fresh coriander; add the blended potato mixture. Stir and cook for 10 minutes. Adjust the consistency to your liking by adding the water. Add salt and all dry powders and continue cooking at low heat. Add cheese and transfer to a fondue pot.
Cut the buns in 4- 6 pieces. Heat the butter in the pan and add the pav bhaji masala into it. Add the bun piece and sauté for 1 minute. Remove and serve with the pav bhaji fondue.
