Serves: 4 • Buns as re­quired • 1tbsp pav bhaji masala


Mix chopped to­ma­toes, bell pep­per and boiled po­tato and blend in the blender with 1 cup wa­ter. Add ginger and blend till smooth. Heat but­ter in a pan and sauté tomato paste and half of the fresh co­rian­der; add the blended po­tato mix­ture. Stir and cook for 10 min­utes. Ad­just the con­sis­tency to your lik­ing by adding the wa­ter. Add salt and all dry pow­ders and con­tinue cook­ing at low heat. Add cheese and trans­fer to a fon­due pot.

Cut the buns in 4- 6 pieces. Heat the but­ter in the pan and add the pav bhaji masala into it. Add the bun piece and sauté for 1 minute. Re­move and serve with the pav bhaji fon­due.
