MANGO BHEL CHAAT

• 1 cup mango, semi ripe, peeled and cubed • ½ cup pome­gran­ate • 2 cups ready- made bhel mix­ture • 2 tbsp sev for top­pings • ½ cup boiled pota­toes, cubed • ½ cup to­ma­toes, chopped • ½ cup fresh co­rian­der, finely chopped • 1 tbsp lime juice • 2 tbsp sweet date chut­ney • 1 tbsp mint chut­ney

Method

Mix the boiled pota­toes with to­ma­toes and man­goes. Toss with date and mint chut­ney and add the ready- made bhel. Mix gen­tly, and add the lime juice. Serve in a dish and top with pome­gran­ate, fresh co­rian­der and sev. Con­sume im­me­di­ately.
