TORTILLA SLEEPING BAGS

INGREDIENT­S

• 2 medium tortillas/ wraps • 1- 2 tbsp hummus or cream cheese •½ a carrot, ½ a cucumber, ½ a red pepper or vegetable of your choice; cut into sticks to fill wraps

• Carrots, cucumbers, red peppers etc julienned/ cut into fine sticks for hair • 2 round cheese circles ( Babybel) • Deseeded black olives for eyes and mouth

• Vegetable cutouts to decorate the sleeping bags ( cut flat pieces of vegetables and using a small cookie cutter, cut out shapes)

METHOD

Spread hummus or cream cheese over the tortillas.

Place the vegetable sticks down the centre. Fold one side of the tortilla over till the middle, then fold the other side over to make a sleeping bag. If it doesn’t stick, add some filling to the inside bit to seal it.

Take the julienned veggies and make the hair around the cheese. Cut tiny bits of olives for the eyes and mouth and place the pieces to create the face. Place the cheese at the top of the sleeping bag and the veggie cutouts on the tortillas to decorate.
