STRAWBERRY FROZEN YOGHURT

INGREDIENT­S METHOD

Cut the tops of the strawberri­es if they are fresh and rinse them well. Add the sugar, strawberri­es and lemon juice to a bowl and leave aside for a few minutes. Add the yoghurt to a blender, and add the strawberry mixture. Blend well till smooth.

At this point, strain it if you’d like the seeds to be removed or pour it directly into your ice cream machine and follow instructio­ns. If you do not have an ice cream maker, pour the yoghurt mixture into a freezable container and place into the freezer for a few hours till frozen.

Remove the frozen yoghurt from the freezer and, using a fork or hand mixer, mix the yoghurt well and place back into the freezer.

Serve once it’s firm enough to scoop.
