NUTELLA AND CARAMEL MOUSSE

INGREDIENT­S

• 1 large box Oreos ( 176 gm) • ½ cup of cream • ¼ tin of Nestle Caramel Treat or dulce de leche • 2 tsp cocoa powder • ½ cup cream • ¼ cup Nutella • Plastic cups or a dish to layer the mousse into.

METHOD

Place the Oreos into a ziplock bag, let the air out and seal. Crush with a rolling pin. Keep aside. For the caramel mousse, whip up the cream with the caramel and the cocoa powder, using a hand beater or mixer till combined and fluffy. Pour into a dish and keep aside.

For the Nutella mousse, whip the Nutella and cream together till well combined and fluffy with a hand mixer or beater.

Place a layer of caramel mousse at the bottom of the container using a spoon or piping bag. Add some crushed Oreo over to cover the mousse. Now add a layer of Nutella mousse to cover the cookie layer.

Repeat the layering till you reach the top, making sure that that the final layer is Oreo cookies.

Place a sprig of mint and on top of the dessert and add a candy worm to finish off the dirt cup.
