Strength: My height. I went to Switzer­land and the coach there told me that I could eas­ily get a quad with my height. Weak­ness: The tight­ness of my jump. If I get the right tech­nique of keep­ing my body tight, I can eas­ily get a bet­ter jump. Ev­ery­one thinks I can do a quad but it is a very bad for the body.
