Two of India’s youngest and most creative designers will be in town this weekend. The number one item on your wish list. A farm! I would love to own some land in the UAE or be given an area where I could run my own animal sanctuary for rescued, sick or homeless animals.
If you could move to any place in the world, what place would that be? My first love is Dubai — and I’m here! But if I had to move, it would be to Barcelona or Sicily. I have a love for the beach life, which is why I love the UAE — it’s summer all year long here. Spanish and Italian food is also pretty great and a major reason for why I’d love to go there.
The biggest learning point or experience in your life to date? When I was 18 years old, my best friend and I had a dream to conquer the media world. Sadly, she passed away before we could do it together and I found myself giving up on everything. In a dream, she came back and told me to pursue our vision and accomplish any dream I had. This changed the way I looked at everything in my life and, to this day, I live by those words. Don’t give up on what you believe in!
If you won a million bucks tomorrow, what would you do with the money? Open a charity for children in need, and rescued animals, and provide for poor people who need shelter and food.
What advice would you give your younger self, if you could? Do everything you possibly can to achieve your goals. If it takes joining a course, do it. If it’s changing countries, move.
