60 plus: Dubai's new fitness club? ( Feb 17) reminded me of my grandmothe­r whom I lost last year. She was an inspiratio­n to my family — always encouragin­g us to eat healthy, take up yoga and walk more often. Everyone wants to be young and healthy. While the former is not possible for a long period of time, with determinat­ion, the latter may be. So, encourage your elders to take care of themselves, and exercise. In fact, jump right in and join them! Being healthy will always pay off — no matter the age.
