60 plus: Dubai's new fitness club? ( Feb 17) reminded me of my grandmother whom I lost last year. She was an inspiration to my family — always encouraging us to eat healthy, take up yoga and walk more often. Everyone wants to be young and healthy. While the former is not possible for a long period of time, with determination, the latter may be. So, encourage your elders to take care of themselves, and exercise. In fact, jump right in and join them! Being healthy will always pay off — no matter the age.
