Trolls ( 2016) ( PG) Enter the colourful world of trolls — magical creatures that are happy all the time. Unfortunately, these creatures have to stay hidden from the comical Bergens who can only feel happiness when they devour a troll. When Princess Poppy ( voiced by Kendrick), an overly optimistic troll, decides to throw a large party, she has no idea how much attention it will garner... and it isn’t long before the Bergens come along and kidnap some trolls. Now, it's up to Poppy to save them, but the only one who is willing to accompany her is a sulking, paranoid troll named Branch ( voiced by Timberlake). A book that shaped your outlook? Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. I made a conscious effort to abide by its easy- to- apply life principles and have seen massive shifts in my personal growth since then.

Which book would you pass on to your kids to treasure? Oh, The Places You’ll Go by Dr Seuss. It is about perseverance, success and infinite possibilities — one of the most inspiring books I’ve ever read!
