DECLAN LOY

Declan Loy, 45, is an Irish author, speaker, mentor and entrepreneur. He’s also now the world record holder for completing 30 middle-distances in a 12-month period. After seeing a rise in teenage suicide, he set a fundraising target of €150k for the charity Super You (superyouclub. co.uk), a foundation that supports families and teenagers.
