RACING OVER THE POND

After having bought your excellent magazine nearly every month for the last year, I FINALLY screwed up the courage today and sig1ned up for my first sprint du, coming up in late September – and immediately panicked! The thought of running and biking and transitions is exciting and terrifying all at the same time. But, with the help of 220, I’ve already been practicsing my transitions, bike mounts and dismounts, aero tuck, etc. So I know you’ll have my back!
