Fran is a Level 3 British Triathlon coach, coach educator and mentor and head coach for Goalspecific Coaching and Tripurbeck Club. She’s racked-up some seriously impressive results, including ETU age-group gold medals for long distance and sprint. She’s also taken multiple wins at Ironman 70.3.
