Mud run

These events are great for build­ing all-round fit­ness. They also tar­get sta­bil­ity and strength due to the ob­sta­cles you have to nav­i­gate and hav­ing to work hard through the mud!

Cross- coun­try race

A cross be­tween a hill run and a mud run event, x-coun­try races are great for im­prov­ing run-spe­cific move­ments, which will im­prove your pro­pri­o­cep­tion and an­kle sta­bil­ity.

In­flat­able 5k

Be­ing a se­ri­ous triath­lete doesn’t mean you can’t have fun! This type of event may also end up be­ing one of the tough­est 5k races you’ve ever done!
