Cross- country race
A cross between a hill run and a mud run event, x-country races are great for improving run-specific movements, which will improve your proprioception and ankle stability.
Being a serious triathlete doesn’t mean you can’t have fun! This type of event may also end up being one of the toughest 5k races you’ve ever done!
