£149.99 The Diversion Thermal of the Taiwanese bike manufacturers is an impressive form-fitting garment that’s warm enough with a long-sleeve base through autumn and an added mid-layer once winter bites. The inner fleece lining is cosy and breathability’s good, presumably thanks to the ProTextura composition. It’s touted as windproof with a ‘durable waterrepellent finish’. It certainly deflects gusts and stands up well to rain, yet not as impressively as Windstopper material. It’s a good fit with stretch in the elbows and shoulders, while elastic cuffs and hem keep things clamped down nicely. There are also hidden armpit zippers for greater breathability, though we’re not huge fans as they add clutter.
