Cherry juice can be used to sup­port event prepa­ra­tion and re­cov­ery. The op­ti­mal sug­gested in­take is 30ml con­cen­trate, taken twice a day for 4-5 days in the lead-up, then con­tin­ued for 2-3 days af­ter­wards to aid re­cov­ery and al­low for a faster re­turn to a train­ing pro­gramme.
