UPHILL STAIR REPS
Uphill stair reps can be used with more specificity than hill reps as the focus leans to developing lower limb strength. Stair reps are also a great way to introduce plyometrics into your training programme. Squat jumps and single-leg bounds are two exercises that’ll be of great benefit. Yet, with any plyometric programme, it’s important that your technique and landing mechanics are excellent to avoid potential injuries.
