DAY 1 : YOUR FIRST LESSON! After arriving in Italy at Pisa Airport, you’ll be transferre­d to your villa on Flavours Holidays’ private Tuscan estate just 30 minutes’ drive away. Once there, you’ll enjoy welcome drinks before your first cookery lesson with a local chef, in which you’ll prepare and enjoy a wonderful evening meal. DAY 2: PRIVATE WINE TASTING Following breakfast, you’ll have your second hands-on Italian cookery lesson, followed by lunch. In the afternoon you’ll visit a local winery for a private tasting session before returning to your villa for a dinner prepared by the chef. You’ll also join Giancarlo and Katie Caldesi for drinks and a special culinary Q& A session in which they’ll both share their love of Tuscan cuisine, plus answer all your foodie questions. DAY 3: DISCOVERIN­G FLORENCE After breakfast, you’ll spend the morning exploring the beautiful city of Florence, including its amazing world-famous food market. You’ll then enjoy lunch at a superb slow food trattoria that champions the use of traditiona­l ingredient­s and the time-honoured local methods of producing them, before returning to the villa.

Giancarlo and Katie Caldesi will then demonstrat­e how to make one of their favourite Tuscan dishes and you’ll have the opportunit­y to ask them to sign your free copy of their latest book, which

will be sent to you before your departure. Then relax and enjoy your final dinner with the group. DAY 4: CIAO! After breakfast, you’ll be collected from your villa and transferre­d back to Pisa Airport for your return BA flight, ready to try out your new Italian cookery skills on friends and family back home.
