After the success of last year’s competition, we are once again on the lookout for the best reader home of 2022. So whether you live in a Victorian terrace, a cosy cottage or a contemporary new build, if you think your house has winning style then we’d love to hear from you. And in addition to having your home featured in

25 Beautiful Homes, the owner of the winning house will win £1,000.

We would like to see all styles of home and are hoping to receive entries from all over the country.

The winning entry will be announced in the January 2023 issue.

Go to surveymonkey.co.uk/r/ 25beautifulhomes-awards2022 and follow the instructions. You will need the following information ready to complete your application: A 300-word description about the property. Please mention the following: The location, property type, how many rooms it has, when you purchased it, key design elements about the property and interiors, and if you worked with an interior designer or architect. Images – a minimum of 10 per entry. Make sure you include photos of all the main rooms in the house, plus a photo of the exterior.
