Plant materials A major focus for this forest scene was the creation of the plant materials. To achieve this I sculpted different variations of foliage within Zbrush, hand-painted them using Polypaint, baked out the maps, and finally finished them in Photoshop and/or Substance Designer. After this I applied them to planes with bend modifiers in 3ds Max.
