Collette Arch-bold: I was a volunteer there and loved it, also I went there myself as a child. Leon Thom: Used to love it there. Barb Howell: Loved goin there Val Little. Val Little: Some good memories there for us poor kids eh x Barb Howell: Haha yep the summer house good times x Laurie Fielding: Awww had some great times there. FEARS allayed as defibrillator mystery solved (‘Mystery as defibrillator disappears from centre’, April 7, and ‘Missing defibrillator equipment found after Observer appeal’, Website and page 2, April 14)

Vickie Tetley Kenyon: It wasn’t stolen, it was used in a genuine emergency and that’s why the casing isn’t broken. The person has been trying to return it since Christmas. It has now been handed to Hyndburn fire station. Maybe the Observer could campaign for clear instructions on what to do if you have had to use the code to get one of these? Neil Mooney: Good to see that one was available to be used in a genuine emergency and I hope there was a positive outcome. Bad to see it was so difficult to return it. Councillor Eamonn Higgins maybe you could work with the emergency services to create a robust policy for what to do after a publicly accessible defibrillator has been used so this situation won’t happen again and we won’t find defibrillator boxes empty for months like this one. Jean Rio Alderson: Well done for bringing it back. Thank you.

RISHTON former teacher Anita Knagg knits woollen Easter chickens for hospice fundraising (‘Anita gets needle over charity work’, April 7)

Gill Howard: This lady always brightens my day well done xx Andrea Hernandez: I love this lady she is wonderful.
