HUNDREDS turned out for the opening of the first-ever show home at the new Green-booth Village development in Norden. The launch weekend followed a special VIP preview evening where local celebrity chef Andrew Nutter hosted a cooking demonstration in the new showhome and cut the ribbon with longstanding Norden councillor James Gartside and Russell Homes director Andrew Russell.
The showhome itself is a fourbedroom detached house with an integrated single garage, off road parking and a good size south facing garden.
As you enter the property the main living area boasts a large bay window, which lets in a superb amount of light and leads on into an open plan kitchen diner.
