CASES heard at Blackburn Magistrates Court:
JASON Michael Ludlam, 29, of Garbett Street, Accrington, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements following his release from prison. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £60 costs.
WAYNE Mark Braysford, 34, of Walmsley Close, Church, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place and failing to surrender into custody having been released on bail. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, fined £100 and ordered to pay £70 costs.
REES Oliver, 27, of Cavendish Close, Warrington, pleaded guilty to assault by beating in Accrington. He was given a 20-week jail sentence, suspended for 24 months, with a 12-month supervision requirement, a fourmonth curfew, a 30-day programme requirement, a 30-day rehabilitation activity requirement and ordered to pay £500 compensation.
JORDAN Michael Haworth, 25, of Hardman Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place, possessing cocaine and failing to surrender into custody having been released on bail. He was given a 12-month community order with 60 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £85 costs.
JOHN Asa Price, 34, of Fountain Place, Accrington, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly at Oswaldtwistle Surgery. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge order.
ALEXANDER Sidney Cryne, 39, of Bewley Walk, Manchester, pleaded guilty to assault in Accrington. He was given a community order with a 20-day rehabilitation activity requirement, 120 hours unpaid work, a 12-month restraining order and ordered to pay £85 costs.
ANDREW Magee, 37, of Hambledon View, Great Harwood, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis as part of an investigation. He was given a 12-week jail sentence, suspended for 12 months with a supervision requirement, a six-month alcohol treatment requirement, a 10-day rehabilitation activity requirement, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 30 months, reduced by 30 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
MARTIN Collins, 23, of Union Street, Oldham, pleaded guilty to shoplifting in Accrington while subject to a conditional discharge order. He was fined £140 and ordered to pay £250 compensation.
JAMES Walsh, 49, of Duke Street, Oswaldtwistle, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis as part of an investigation. He was given a sixmonth community order with a two-month curfew requirement, a 10-day rehabilitation activity requirement, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 19 months, reduced by 19 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
