Bumble backing big push

-

FAMOUS Accringtonian and cricket legend, David ‘Bumble’ Lloyd, has backed Accrington Stanley’s Season Ticket push.

The club’s ‘Early Bird’ offer ends on Friday 19th April and ‘Bumble’ has backed supporters to sign up and get behind Stanley’s next generation of players.

Early Bird Season Tickets for Adults, priced at £284, work out at just £12.34 per game, while Under-12s can get their Season Tickets for £2.43 per game and 12-17s for just £5.60 per game.

To secure a Season Ticket for the 2024/25 season, fans need to collect a form from the retail shop, fill it in, and return it to the retail shop before Friday’s 4pm deadline.

‘Bumble’, a Stanley supporter himself, reminisced about the club’s history in a special video to promote Stanley’s Season Tickets, before discussing the exciting young players who have progressed from the Academy into the first team.

Lloyd said: “It’s a beautiful stadium, the facilities are absolutely terrific, not only for the players but for spectators, it is a ground that we are all rightly proud of.

“Supporters are everything, you go through thick and thin but you still support us. The Early Bird prices are an absolute steal, there’s a new era coming for the club with the next generation of players coming through the Academy, and knowing Accringtonians... that is one thing they love, seeing new young talent coming through.”

Stanley’s Managing Director, David Burgess, added: “It is great to receive the support from fans like ‘Bumble’. He has a great history in the local area and it has been great to work with him to promote our Season Tickets.”

The club are also offering matchday hospitality packages for the 2024/25 season. For further information email commercial@ accringtonstanley. co.uk or call 01254 356950.
