MATTHEW BANDA

Matthew Banda is a mining engineer with over 20 years of experience in the trade, particularly underground hard rock mining. He joined the management team of the Munali Nickel Mine 12 years ago as a Senior Mining Engineer and worked in various capacities during the development of Munali before being appointed as Executive Director.

Now standing as the General Manager, he also simultaneously served four years as the Vice President of the Zambian Chamber of Mines (elected in 2014-2018) and is the current Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Mugoto Foundation Trust.
