Better bunny burgers
My wife and I read Jane’s article about making burgers from rabbit meat and wanted to share our previous experience, which to be honest, was bad. We ground up some rabbit meat and added some salt and pepper before shallow frying them, perhaps for a little bit too long. They were really dry and flavourless, so we ended up feeding them to the dog. After reading Jane’s recipe we tried again with some sausage meat, and she’s right. It really did work, so we know what to do in the future. Please thank her for the recipes. We enjoy reading them and often try them out.
