My wife and I read Jane’s ar­ti­cle about mak­ing burg­ers from rab­bit meat and wanted to share our pre­vi­ous ex­pe­ri­ence, which to be hon­est, was bad. We ground up some rab­bit meat and added some salt and pep­per be­fore shal­low fry­ing them, per­haps for a little bit too long. They were re­ally dry and flavour­less, so we ended up feed­ing them to the dog. After read­ing Jane’s recipe we tried again with some sausage meat, and she’s right. It re­ally did work, so we know what to do in the fu­ture. Please thank her for the recipes. We en­joy read­ing them and often try them out.
