EYE/SCOPE ALIGNMENT AND FOLLOW-THROUGH

Air Gunner - - Know Your Air Rifle -

The technique known as ‘ follow- through’ is possibly the most productive, and least used, of them all. All you need to do is hold perfect aim until the pellet strikes. That’s all there is to it, but the effect it has on accuracy is huge. Basically, what you’re doing is NOT messing up everything else you’ve invested in the shot, at the most vital time - during the rifle’s discharge phase. If you set up your rifle/scope combination to provide perfect alignment, applying followthrough is easy. Simply squeeze the trigger and stay relaxed and on aim until you see that pellet land. You’ll be amazed at how well this works.
