Business boosts fundraiser
The owners of an Airdrie store boosted a Monklands’fundraiser’s efforts in aid of a children’s charity.
Father and son Mario and Dario Zambonini from Cash Converters donated a substantial sum at the fundraising night in the Four Aces in Coatbridge.
The evening, organised by local man Tommy Tucker, raised more than £2500 for Yorkhill Children’s Foundation.
Dario said:“We were delighted to help Tommy boost his total.
“My baby nephew Tyler was born with a heart condition and required surgery at Yorkhill so the hospital is very close to our hearts.”
