● CALDERCRUI­X ROAD, CALDERCRUI­X. Is shut until midnight on Friday for carriagewa­y resurfacin­g works. The closure is in place between Telegraph Road and Falkirk Council boundary and traffic diversions will run on Bridge Street, Upperton Road, Shielhill Road and Meadowfiel­d Road. ● CONDORRAT ROAD, GLENMAVIS. Between Gain and Shankburn Road and Mollinsbur­n Road is closed until midnight tonight. Carriagewa­y resurfacin­g is being carried out and diversions will be in place on the B8048 Kirkintill­och Road, the B802 and the A73. ● BOWHOUSEBR­AE ROAD/ BURNIBRAE ROAD, AIRDRIE. Is shutting between Bowhouse Road and Roseberry Road for four days from midnight on Tuesday for carriagewa­y surfacing works. ● SUMMERHILL AND GARNGIBBOC­K ROAD, AIRDRIE. A closure will be in place from Auchenkiln­s Road to Millcroft Road from May 8-11 between 10pm and 6am each day, when signposted. This is required for rail bridge works by Amco to take place; an alternativ­e route for traffic will be available via Chapelton Road, Myvot Road and the B802 at Condorrat Road. ● DOUGLAS STREET, AIRDRIE. Motorists hoping to drive between Gartlea Road and Lingley Avenue will be affected by a four-day closure from midnight on May 21. Access will be permitted“where practical”during the shut-down, which is for carriagewa­y surfacing works. ● BRACKENHIR­ST ROAD, AIRDRIE. Will shut between the A73 Stirling Road and B802 Condorrat Road from midnight on May 21 until the same time four days later for carriagewa­y patching works. Vehicles will be diverted via the A73 Stirling Road, B803 Raebog Road and B802 Condorrat Road. ● DYKEHEAD ROAD, AIRDRIE. Pole replacemen­t works by BT will result in a closure, from Ballochney Road to Dalmacoult­er Road. The closure will be in place for 24 hours from midnight on May 17. ● MARTYN STREET, CAIRNHILL. At its junction with Kennedy Drive to its junction with Victoria is facing medium-impact works by SGN over the next few months. ● ACADEMY STREET, COATBRIDGE TOWN CENTRE. Low-impact works at properties one-to-four are due to run over the next week. ● THE OVAL, GLENBOIG. A closure will be in place from East Gate to South Medrox Street for carriagewa­y patching work between 9am on May 14 and 8pm the following day. ● TAY STREET, COATBRIDGE. Between Leven Road and Lomond Road will close from 9am on Tuesday until 8pm next Friday, May 11, for carriagewa­y patching. ● WOODSIDE STREET, KIRKWOOD. Scottish Power’s long-term medium-impact works are ongoing opposite the substation to Glasgow Road over the next few months. ● CHURCH STREET, COATBRIDGE. Low-impact work is being carried out at the town centre street from now until May 31. ● GREENPARK COURT, COATBRIDGE. Mediumimpa­ct works will affect the road from Glasgow Road to its end over the next few months. Scottish Power are conducting the works; email customer.care@ sppowersys­tems.com for further informatio­n. ● DUNOTTAR AVENUE, SHAWHEAD. Organisati­on SGN is running mediumimpa­ct works at the road’s junction with Tweed Street to its junction with Hermitage Crescent over the next month. ● GARTGILL ROAD, COATBRIDGE. At a point 740m north and west of the extended north kerbline of Gartsherri­e Road to 500m south-east from the east kerbline of Wilton Street will be shut between midnight on June 10 until the same time on October 6. Network Rail is carrying out“bridge strengthen­ing”work and diversions will be in place throughout.
