Lush stuff is da bomb

-

I wandered into a Lush store recently – and came out with more than I bargained for.

I’d popped in with my daughter to buy one of their famous bath bombs, but once inside my eyes widened at the products on offer in this fantastic shop.

As well as the store being a pleasant assault on the senses – the sights and smells are to die for– the staff were extremely impressive, very helpful and so knowledgeable about each and every product.

I found myself entranced by the skin care products and wanted to scoop up everything!

I especially loved the way everything is displayed out of the packaging so that you can touch and smell the products.

The packaging is also simple and tells you exactly what you want to know with out bombarding you with science... and the best bit is the ingredients are all natural.

I decided to look for a new cleanser and just couldn’t decide because of all the vast choice of different textures and colours.

A black cleanser/scrub called Dark Angels caught my eye but I finally plumped for Ultra bland – a thick, textured cream cleanser which i love.

You massage this gorgeous cream cleanser into your skin for a couple of minutes to deeply cleanse and remove all traces of make up.

The difference between this and others I’ve used is how your skin feels afterwards – glowing, soft and smooth as its been very deeply cleansed; I’ve often found cleansers can leave your skin feeling tight.

I’d definitely buy this again and with every five clean full size pots you return, you get a mask for free!

Oh and we did get our bath bomb too – a fidget spinner would you believe!
