Oh dear, ma back wis gey sair, Some folk said I should lie flat oan the flair. I tried Paracetamol an’ Panadol an aw’, But the painkillers didnae tak the pain awa’. Even oan ma bed I pit a hard board I even tried prayin tae oor guid Lord. At the physio I thocht I wis oan the rack, As she thumped an’ rubbed ma sair back. There at the doc, he said there’s nae cure I’ve goat tae believe him, that’s fur sure. Then ma dear wife said when I met her, You’ll jist hae tae keep it ‘til it gits better. So with her care, aye plenty of TLC, I’m feeling a bit better as you can see.
