Airdrie & Coatbridge Advertiser

Luscious locations put in the spotlight by snapper

-

Talented Airdrie amateur photographer Curtis Shorter treated the Advertiser to a vibrantly visual start to 2019 with these eye-catching snaps.

Curtis, 26, has been travelling the length and breadth of the country during the last few months with his trusty camera in tow.

His trips took in luscious locations including Peebles, Inveraray, Dundee and Falkirk; and he was also able to capture a striking image close to his Airdrie home when two magpies flew onto a nearby tree.

He said: “It’s so much fun getting out there and capturing photos that show the diverse scenery and locations throughout Scotland, which is a beautiful country that deserves to be in the spotlight.”

Monklands photographers keen to see their pictures featured in the Advertiser can email the images, along with your name, where you are from and information about the photos’ content, to ian.bunting@reachplc. com.
