Appeal to trace relatives

An appeal has been made to trace relatives of a Greengairs woman who has died in Hartlepool.

Elizabeth Dalziel Macarthur (nee Stewart), of Hartfields – who was born on June 2, 1953 – passed away on September 12, aged 67.

Before moving to Hartlepool more than 20 years ago, she lived in Greengairs and her sister Sheena is also understood to live in Scotland.

Louise Gillis, Hartlepool Borough Council’s user property and finance officer, said:“we are very keen to trace Mrs Macarthur’s surviving relatives at this sad time. We would be very grateful if any members of Mrs Macarthur’s family could please get in touch with us.”
