They’re planning to make changes

This week’s planning applications for Monklands which have been submitted to North Lanarkshire Council are –

AP Investments: change of use of existing vacant bookmakers to restaurant with takeaway facility, installation of new shopfronts (fascia over doorways to side and rear) and erection of flue at rear; at 111 Black Street, Rawyards.

Persimmon Homes: regrading of land using 9000 cubic metres of excess topsoil from adjoining housing site; at Croftfoot Farm, Glenboig Road, Marnoch, Glenboig.

Manish Khanna: internal painting alterations, and alteration of existing external door; at 1 Main Street, Coatbridge.

Jonathan Ure: single-storey rear extension; at 56 Corsewall Street, Blairhill.
