The latest planning applications for Monklands which have been submitted to North Lanarkshire Council are –

Bonaparte Homes: change of use from offices to four flats; at 27 Wellwynd Gardens, Airdrie.

Lumiradx UK: an extension to an existing roof deck plant building, including an enclosure of plant machinery, window removal and installation as well as enclosure of plant equipment at ground level; at 9 Maxim Park, 10 Parklands Avenue, Eurocentral.

Donald Macleod: storage and distribution building and service yard (amendment to existing planning permission); at site at Condor Glen, Eurocentral.

Andrew Clark: single-storey rear extension; at 11 Arthur Avenue, Cairnhill.

Mrs E Esson: single-storey rear extension; at 5 Berwick Crescent, Cairnhill.

Kelly Boyle: garage conversion to habitable room; at 22 Claremount View, Carnbroe.

Mr & Mrs M Kerins: replacement detached garage to rear; at 210 Cumbernauld Road, Chryston.

Brian Gregg: conversion of garage to habitable room; at 111 Skipness Road, Gartcosh.

Aileen Morrison: two-storey side extension and new rear patio door; at 78 Belhaven Park, Muirhead.

Gordon Harper: domestic double garage; at Dulthorne, 53 Victoria Place, Cairnhill.

Chris Moran: single-storey rear extension (renewal of existing permission) at 16 Lefroy Street, Blairhill.

Beas Conlin: single-storey rear extension; at 43 Rosebank Terrace, Bargeddie.
