This week’s planning applications for Monklands which have been submitted to North Lanarkshire Council are –
Primesite Investments: installation of four new window openings to ground-floor function suite; at 109 Sunnyside Road, Coatbridge.
GS Brown Construction: application to amend conditions of existing permission for mixed-use development comprising uses classes 3 (food and drink), 7 (hotel), 11 (assembly/leisure), 1 (ancillary retail) and sui generis (roadside fuel/electric charging, hot food takeaway, public bar), with associated infrastructure (drainage, ground treatment landscaping); at land south of junction of Lancaster Avenue and Bellside Road, Chapelhall.
WHP Telecoms: installation of 300mm telecomms dish at a height of 20m (general permitted development); at site at Palacecraig Street, Kirkshaws.
Mobile Broadband Network: removal and replacement of existing 15m monopole and wraparound base cabinet with upgraded 18m monopole and wraparound base cabinet, installation of one e-hybrid cabinet, one ERS rack and one GPS unit, and ancillary development; at Central Garage, Heritage Way, Coatbridge.
CK Hutchison Networks: proposed 20m phase-8 monopole c/w wrapround cabinet at base and associated ancillary works; at site at Kilfinan Court, Gartcosh.
Ryan Docherty: sub-division of garden grounds to erect garage for service and repair of vehicles (in retrospect); at 1 Wellington Place, Kirkwood.
Philip Howard: change of use of flat to serviced accommodation; at 28 Newbattle Avenue, Calderbank.
Nicola Hoy: two-storey rear extension; at 7 Inverlochy Road, Airdrie.
James Curran: single-storey side extension; at 46 Hollowfield Crescent, Gartcosh.
