Planning to make some changes

This week’s planning applications for Monklands which have been submitted to North Lanarkshire Council are –

Jillian Shute: single storey rear and front extensions and two storey side extension; at 6 Sinclair Drive, Drumpellier.

Graeme Laing: residential development with associated access, infrastructure, and other ancillary works (EIA screening request); at site at Bellside Road, Chapelhall.

Fusion Assets: construction of 4 no. class 4, 5 and 6 units, yard and parking areas, access roads, SUDS, landscaping and associated works; at site at Auldyards Road, Gartcosh.

Mr and Mrs J Bancewicz: replacing brown UPVC windows from the kitchen with new brown UPVC windows; at 16 Dunbeth Avenue, Dunbeth.

Mr G Jackson: replacement dwellinghouse – revised design (renewal of 18/01324/FUL); at Craigbank Cottage, Cumbernauld Road, Mollinsburn.
