Planning to make some changes

This week’s planning applications for Monklands which have been submitted by residents and businesses to North Lanarkshire Council for consideration are as follows –

Laura Johnston: construction of a new electrical primary sub-station; at site at Avenuehead Road, Moodiesburn.

North Lanarkshire Council: seven-unit residential development; at site north and east of 50-52 Main Street, Glenboig.

Tania Lawarsho: change of use from public open space to private garden ground; at 23 Falloch Drive, Gartcosh.

Douglas Cochrane: single storey out-building (to replace existing garden room); at 16 Invervale Avenue, Moffat Mills, Airdrie.

Kayleigh Mcdowall-adams: front and rear dormer extensions and single storey extension; at 27 Carlisle Road, Airdrie.

The Co-op: refrigeration plant and external alterations to building; at Scottish Co-op, Station Road, Shotts.
