Airdrie have discovered their Scottish Cup fourth round fate in Monday evening’s draw.

The Diamonds face a tough test, taking on Championship club Partick Thistle away from home.

Third round ties were played over the weekend and now the draw has been made following the conclusion of Monday night’s match between Brechin City and Darvel.

Airdrie qualified for the fourth round after a comfortable 2-0 victory over League Two Stenhousemuir, with boss Ian Murray saying it’s important to progress.

Ties will be played on the weekend of Saturday and Sunday, January 22 and 23.
