A little taste of Spain in your home

As I am in Spain this week I thought I’d share one of my favourite Spanish recipes.

I love to try this tapas dish in various different restaurants.

It’s basically small cubed potatoes with a lovely tomato based sauce which you can make as spicy as you like.

At home you could have it as a side with many dishes.
