Planning to make some changes

This week’s planning applications for Monklands which have been submitted to North Lanarkshire Council are –

Manorview Group: change of use from nightclub to multipurpose entertainment venue; at 146-166 Main Street, Coatbridge.

Ediston Real Estate: modification of distribution facility (south and west elevations) and formation of additional car parking; at NCR Projects International, Mcneil Drive, Eurocentral.

Louise Harvey: extension and conversion of rear storage outbuilding to form habitable rooms; at 31 St John Street, Coatbridge.

Tom Hyland: partial demolition of existing conservatory to form new extension with internal alterations; at 3 Mount Vernon Avenue, Blairhill.
