Plans unveiled for 121 new homes in village
Taylor Wimpey West Scotland has unveiled plans for its impressive development of 121 new homes.
Situated off Gartferry Road in the heart of Moodiesburn, the development offers a choice of two, three, and fourbedroom homes, providing a range of options for first time buyers and growing families.
It is also the first development to offer Taylor Wimpey’s new “Hughes” four-bedroom detached style of home, giving buyers even more choice.
Stoneyetts View boasts key infrastructure as part of the masterplan vision for the former Stoneyetts hospital site, including new roads, a nearby woodland and access to a new and existing countryside footpath network, with a choice of schools also nearby.
Audrey Ross from the developers told the Advertiser: “Starting construction and launching new homes for sale in Moodiesburn is a significant step for our staff, customers and the local community.
“We are really excited to be building an impressive range of new homes for buyers to choose from at Stoneyetts View and to play our part in transforming the former hospital site.
“We also understand that buying a new home is a huge milestone and we want to make sure that our customers have as straightforward and enjoyable an experience as possible.
“We’re here to help every step of the way and our team is available to answer any questions about buying a new home with us.”
