Roads to shut

Two Airdrie roads will be shut until Friday to allow for the completion of carriageway resurfacing work.

Burniebrae Road in Chapelhall, from the A73 Main Street to Roseberry Street, and Davidson Street, between the A8010 Aitchison Street and Mavisbank Street, are the roads affected.

Diversions for the former road are the A73 (Main Street and Carlisle Road), Burns Road and Roseberry Road, while Wilson Street, the A8010 Aitchison Street and Mavisbank Street are alternative routes for motorists for the latter closure.
