This week’s planning applications for Monklands are –

Tesco: two applications, for replacement signage and for painting store externals grey; both at Tesco Extra, Unit 13, Faraday retail park, Coatbridge.

Hermes: replacement signage (fascia sign and post sign); at DSV, Brittain Way, Eurocentral.

Futurama Ltd: replacement signage on unit and park totems; at Currys, Unit 17, Faraday retail park, Coatbridge.

Jillian Murtagh: one-and-ahalf-storey side extension, internal alternations to existing dwelling to form separate self-contained residential unit, retrospective conversions of garage to separate habitable living space and of residential garden and adjacent land to residential and business-related parking; at Lochieling, Townhead Road, Coatbridge.
