Murdering Myers has zero subtlety

Halloween Kills DVD ●●●●●

-

This picks up right from where its predecessor left off and returning director David Gordon Green and his co-writers wisely dial back on the jokes; although they’ve made Michael Myers even more of a relentless murdering machine.

Halloween Kills is an apt title for the middle chapter in the trilogy as there are probably more deaths in this outing than in most of the previous movies combined; Myers lays waste to firemen, families and old friends.

It’s fun seeing adult versions of kids from the original but they don’t get much to do beyond adding to Myers’ targets.
