• British Airways passengers may visit one of the blue self-service check-in kiosks in the main terminal or along the walkway between Airport & DLR station.

Disabled Services

You are welcome to travel with your own mobility equipment such as electric wheelchairs but you are advised to notify your airline in advance. When booking your flight, your airline will advise you on how to prepare your mobility equipment for the journey. If you are flying with your own equipment, you can take it, if appropriate, up to the aircraft steps.

London City Airport offers 30 minutes of free parking to Blue Badge holders in the short-stay car park. If you are being dropped off by car, a convenient place to do so is in front of the Terminal building. For more information on parking at the airport, please click here
