Airgun World - - What’s Going On -

Umarex has released a limited-edition range of pistols that offers nickel-plated frames with gold-accentuated parts and simulated ivory grips. The first one we’ve seen is the classic Colt Single Action Army revolver which looks stunning. This weighty revolver loads and fires just like the original, through a gate on the left of the frame that swings out, allowing you to insert the dummy cartridges one at a time. We were very pleased to see that this one is a .177 pellet firing model as opposed to BBs. It’s available in two barrel lengths, 5½ and 7½” so you can choose the type of handling you prefer. Unsurprisingly, power is supplied by the ever-popular 12 gramme CO2 capsule that rides inside the grip. It feels heavy and well made in the hand, whilst the single-action trigger has a smooth, light action that’s a great help to accurate shooting.
