Talented hunter field target shooters travel the country to battle it out in the highly competitive UKAHFT National Series. Despite the intense sunshine, the Air Arms HFT Team put on a strong performance in round two, finishing top of the leader board in several categories. The 2018 UKAHFT National Series consists of nine rounds throughout the spring/summer months. Round two and three took place at the Misfit HFT Club in Leicester on Saturday 23rd June and Sunday 24th June. Although it is still early in the season, finishing strongly in the early stages of the competition is very important. After a long day of first-class target shooting, the Air Arms team were able to secure an impressive collection of trophies. Stand-out performances came from Mark Wilson, who narrowly missed out on first place in the Open Class by a single point. However, his score of 54 was enough to take home second place. Gary Chillingworth continued his incredible shooting in the Recoil Class and yet again finished with top honours. Fellow Air Arms shooter, Jason Lockett, ended the day in first place of the .22 Class. Closing out the Air Arms HFT team’s impressive collection of wins was Mike Burgess, who took home first place in the Veteran Class.

The Air Arms HFT team is off to a great start.
