Make a lasting decision over Power of Attorney

-

IF you lost the ability to make your own decisions about your health and finances, who would you want to make them for you?

If you do not have a Power of Attorney in place, your loved ones will face a possible 12 months’ bureaucracy trying to obtain permission from the Court of Protection to become an appointed representative.

A Power of Attorney allows you to decide now who you would want to make decisions relating to your finances or health. There is no expiry date, so you can decide to register the document with the Office of the Public Guardian once made, or retain to register at a later date.

Call Michael Usher Wills & Estate Planning today on 01276 691979 to set up an informal discussion and give yourself peace of mind that your future is well prepared for.

Our offices are open six days a week or we can visit you at home.
